Grinding Parameter
In the grinding process, the grinding parameter refers to the circumferential speed of the grinding wheel, the circumferential speed of the workpiece, the longitudinal feed and the transverse feed. The choice of grinding parameter is directly related to the surface quality, machining accuracy and productivity of the workpiece. Generally speaking, increasing any grinding force can achieve the purpose of increasing productivity. However, the various parameter have different effects on the surface roughness, burns and machining accuracy of the workpiece.
