Encourage proton exchange membrane fuel cell, solid oxide fuel cell power generation and distributed energy system technology research, build renewable energy green power hydrogen production, industrial tail gas hydrogen production, large-scale hydrogen purification, hydrogen storage and supply key equipment and other hydrogen source supply and supply and For supporting equipment manufacturing projects, accelerate the application of hydrogen energy in transportation, industry, energy storage and peak regulation, distributed energy supply and other fields, and plan the construction of supporting hydrogen energy supply infrastructure such as hydrogen refueling stations.
Reform and innovation were further advanced. The reform of "decentralization, regulation and service" has been solidly advanced, the "one-stop service" has been fully implemented, the supervision during and after the event has been strengthened, and the governance of the energy industry has initially shifted from focusing on project approval to planning, policy, supervision and service. The whole chain development pattern of hydrogen energy "R&D + hydrogen production + storage and transportation + application" has been initially formed, 12 hydrogen refueling stations have been built, and 210 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been promoted and applied.
