Therefore, the basic process requirements for the computer flying saw:
(1) During the sawing process, the saw blade must be synchronized with the running pipe to ensure that during the sawing process, the saw blade not only rotates around the saw shaft (applying sawing force and sawing power), but also needs to be the same as the pipe. Speed movement (to ensure that the cut surface of the pipe is straight);
(2) The flying saw should be able to saw different fixed lengths;
(3) Make sure that the saw cut is straight. That is to say, in the whole sawing process, the saw blade should be perpendicular to the axis of the steel pipe, and the cutting head should not be bent or flattened.
