Carry out large-scale renewable energy hydrogen production demonstration
Nine departments including the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of renewable energy, and carried out large-scale demonstration of hydrogen production from renewable energy. In areas where the cost of renewable energy power generation is low and the development conditions of the hydrogen energy storage and transmission industry are relatively good, promote the industrialization of hydrogen production by renewable energy power generation, and build a large-scale green hydrogen production base. Promote the replacement of green hydrogen in key fields such as chemical industry, coal mining, and transportation. Promote the demonstration application of fuel cells in industrial and mining areas, port areas, ships, key industrial parks, etc., coordinate the promotion of green hydrogen terminal supply facilities and capacity building, and increase the proportion of green hydrogen used in the transportation sector. In areas with abundant renewable energy resources and a good foundation of modern coal chemical or petrochemical industries, focus on green hydrogen replacement for energy and chemical bases. Actively explore alternative applications of hydrogen in the metallurgical chemical industry, and reduce the consumption of fossil energy in the metallurgical chemical industry.
