Meets environmental requirements. Centerless lathes have unique advantages in processing extra-long bars (including infinitely long discs). Ordinary lathes can only process shorter bars, and when processing long materials, it is necessary to clamp and align the long bars several times, and it is difficult to ensure the coaxiality and roundness of the processed bars, and there is always taper. On the other hand, no matter how long or how many bars are continuously processed by the centreless lathe, as only one tool setting is required to ensure the high precision processing of all the gang dishes, and as it is fundamentally different from the processing form of ordinary lathes, all the disadvantages of ordinary lathes are completely improved in the processing of long materials.


The iron scraps withdrawn from the centerless lathe can all be recycled, and the unit price can be bought at least half of the finished steel, which can substantially increase the factory profit, while the powder generation after the centerless grinder face and diamond fragments do not have much recycling value.


The straightening and calendering machine replaces the semi-finish grinding of the centreless grinder for precision straightening and calendering, which does not produce powder scrap but also improves production efficiency.


Compared to traditional straightening machines (straighteners/straighteners) the straightening and calendering machine not only has a high straightening speed (up to 10 metres per minute or more) and high precision, but also achieves a surface finish similar to that of electroplating.
