The roll grinding machine is a special cylindrical grinder. Generally, the cylindrical grinding machine can only grind flat rolls, while the roll grinder can not only grind flat rolls, but also grind arbitrary curved rolls. Why it has this difference? It is because that roll grinding machinehas its own special medium and high grinding mechanism!
The roll grinding machine is composed of bed, headstock, tailstock, bracket, vertical and horizontal carriage, grinding head, measuring frame and electrical numerical control system. It is divided into five subsystems, named of carrying system, driving system, grinding system, measuring system and control system.
