Grinding machine introduction

They were developed due to the needs of finishing and hard surfaces. Common grinders mainly include surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, internal cylindrical grinders, centerless grinders, roll grinders, etc. In addition, gear cutting machines, gear grinders or gear finishing machine tools are also widely used in the cutting process. Roll grinders can be divided into CNC roll grinders and non-CNC roll grinders. CNC roll grinders are important supporting equipment for steel plate rolling production lines. They consist of several core modules such as electrical control systems, drive systems, grinding systems, measurement systems, and load-bearing systems. It has the characteristics of a general large-scale cylindrical grinder, has high requirements on the transmission mechanism, and has high requirements on the working accuracy of the machine tool.
