The mill feeding mechanism is composed of a Siemens AC servo motor with a reduction device and a precision pre-stretched precision ball rod, which has high feeding accuracy and sensitivity.


The slide of the roll grinder adopts V-shaped flat plate-type plastic hydrostatic guide rail. The slide feed mechanism is composed of a Siemens AC servo motor with a reducer and a pair of precision ball screws with precision pre-stretching. The closed-loop position control of the trolley is realized by the CNC system through the AC servo motor and circular grating. Compared with the traditional rack and pinion transmission used by similar grinding machines at home and abroad, this slide adopts ball screw transmission, with a short mechanical transmission chain, smooth movement, high transmission accuracy and small clearance.
