The guide rail should be cleaned, and there should be no consumable powder on the guide rail;2.
Check the degree of wear of each bearing, if it is damaged, it should be replaced, and check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient;
Regularly clean the motor and electrical box; the electrical device is fixed neatly and the operation is reliable;
Check and tighten the handle, feed handwheel, screw, nut and other parts to keep the machine in good condition;
Check the screws, belts, and tightness of each part of the bar peeling machine. The loose ones should be adjusted to the appropriate level;
Check the button switch, and replace it immediately to avoid unnecessary danger;
The surface of the centerless lathe the motor, and the surface of the heat dissipation device must be kept clean, and the polishing consumable powder should be cleaned regularly.
