Operating range of slitting machines
Longitudinal shear equipment is widely used in cold rolling, strip steel, welded pipe, steel grating and other manufacturers, and for the cold rolling plant supporting the production of pickling equipment in the discharge, shelling, clamping, cleaning, straightening, winding, and other machinery and equipment. Slitting machine is suitable for longitudinal shearing of metal strips and rewinding of narrow strips into coils after slitting. It is characterized by easy operation, high cutting quality, high material utilization rate and stepless speed regulation of cutting speed. The main structure is composed of uncoiling (uncoiling), lead positioning, slitting longitudinal shear, coiling (rewinding) and so on.
Scope of application: cold rolled steel coil, stainless steel, color coated coil, tinplate slitting production line. Coil thickness 0.3-3mm, coil width 1850mm, slitting width 30mm.
