The pure water electrolytic hydrogen production device is a new type of green water electrolytic hydrogen production system independently developed by our company in recent years, with a hydrogen production capacity of 0.01~300Nm3/h in a single unit, which can be applied to renewable energy power generation to produce hydrogen, hydrogen refuelling stations for hydrogen energy infrastructure to produce and supply hydrogen, natural gas blending and other technologies, and is widely used in the transportation field, power grid energy storage, smart microgrid and military field.
The key technologies of the device include the preparation of high performance catalysts and membrane electrodes as core functional materials, corrosion protection technology under high temperature and pressure, design and processing technology of high performance flow field electrode plates, intelligent modular design and system integration technology.
The most important feature of this type of device is that it adopts pure water electrolysis, which is pollution-free, corrosion-free and has higher hydrogen purity. Compared with the traditional alkaline hydrogen production device, its advantages include the ability to meet high current density, with current density reaching over 1A/cm2; low energy consumption and high efficiency, with electrolysis hydrogen production efficiency reaching over 85%; small size and light weight of the hydrogen production device; good adaptability to wide power fluctuations in power supply, with intelligent control of hydrogen production from 0 to 100%; high degree of integration of the device, with long-term stable operation, simple start-up and shutdown, and low maintenance costs.
