Regular maintenance of roll grinder
1) During regular repairs, the lubricating oil should be replaced, and the oil tank must be cleaned and wiped clean.
2) When changing the oil, clean the oil filter, the abnormal oil line, the oil cup, the oil pan, and the oil circuit; all the oil guide lines and the linoleum should be cleaned and pressed dry, and then immersed in the oil pan and the oil tank.
3) Clean the oil filter felt and oil guide wire of the oil pan and oil cup once every two weeks; clean the felt pad once a week.
4) The coolant is replaced every 2 to 3 weeks. The coolant tank should be cleaned thoroughly when replacing, and no old liquid and other impurities are allowed. The coolant pump must be cleaned once every 3 to 4 months. The cooling thick preparation should meet the requirements.
5) Check the pressure gauge regularly as required.
