Steps for installing the grinding wheel of a roll grinder
l. Make sure that the power of the roller grinder is turned on, and check whether the oil pressure of the grinding wheel spindle is normal. It is not allowed to install the spindle without hydraulic protection.
2. Use a crane to hoist the grinding wheel to the top of the grinding wheel spindle side of the roller grinder, and check the tapered surface of the grinding wheel spindle to ensure that it is clean.
3. Lower the crane and slowly lower the grinding wheel. Align the inner hole of the wheel flange with the wheel shaft.
4. Push the grinding wheel into the spindle at a slow speed by hand, do not forcibly collide with the taper surface of the spindle.
5. Tighten the positioning sleeve with a special tool to confirm that the grinding wheel is fastened to the spindle.
6. Then remove the special tool. Remove the grinding wheel spreader and start the crane to leave.
7. Remove the dirt on the wheel guard, then close the wheel guard, and tighten the guard bolt.
8. Operate the grinder manually.
9. Start the grinding wheel, first rotate at a low speed, and then rotate at a maximum speed of more than 30-50% of the grinding wheel.
10. Observe whether the rotation of the grinding wheel is normal, whether there is axial movement or abnormal noise of the grinding wheel, and the rotation time of the grinding wheel should last for 3-5 minutes.
11. In the industrial control man-machine control interface of the roll grinder, select the dynamic balance icon on the manual screen to start the rotation of the grinding wheel. At the same time, pinch the dynamic balance adjustment block in the center of the grinding wheel with your hand, observe the dynamic balance table, release the dynamic balance block when the pointer is close to the zero position, the dynamic balance of the grinder is completed, and you can enter the grinding program.
