The structure of high-precision centerless grinder

1.Body

Cast FC-30 is selected and subjected to normalized heat treatment, using a low-frequency furnace and resin sand mold casting to ensure that the body is stable, solid and wear-resistant.

2. Hydrostatic spindle

High-precision hydrostatic bearings adopt finely ground hydrostatic design, which can not only greatly reduce the temperature rise and deformation caused by friction in traditional dynamic pressure bearings, but also can effectively control the balance of pressure differences through carefully designed static pressure points. Thus, the cutting force can be increased to achieve the advantages of heavy cutting, high precision and long service life. The high-rigidity spindle is designed using hydrostatic bearings and uses a high-pressure oil film to carry heavy loads and heavy cutting, which can effectively reduce wear and maintain true roundness of the spindle. The precision spindle is made of SNCM-210H and has been carburized and heat treated. The surface hardness can reach above HRC60, which can enhance the torque.

3. Oil film lifting spindle

SNCM-220H is selected for carburizing heat treatment and computer-controlled cryogenic treatment. The surface hardness is HRC62 or above, and the core is quenched and tempered HRC25~30. The spindle has strong torque, good precision and long service life. It uses KJ-4 alloy bearings and three-point dynamic pressure. The oil film system uses a semi-hydraulic floating spindle, which has less contact surface and low temperature rise, allowing the machine to maintain consistent stability and accuracy at all times. It has good cooling cycle effect, high precision and long service life.

4. Adjust wheel transmission system

The spindle motor of the adjusting wheel adopts a Japanese-made servo motor. The speed control is 10~250rpm with stepless digital settings and can be adjusted to the linear speed. When the outer diameter of the adjusting wheel changes, the same linear speed can be maintained to grind the product. The motor base and the spindle base are integrated into one. When the adjustment wheel tilts, the motor also tilts, completely eliminating the problem of non-parallel and rotation of the pulley and the belt.

5. Spindle circulating oil system

The main spindle automatic lubrication and oil pressure trimming equipment are the same oil pump, with an external oil tank, making cleaning and oil change convenient. The circulating oil is filtered through two oil filters and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the life of the spindle.

6.Sliding table

The sliding table adopts double V-shaped slide rails and wedge-shaped guard rails to ensure smooth sliding and stable operation. At the same time, it can prevent mud invasion. The upper slide plate adopts a dove-shaped groove structure and has a function of ±5° left and right rotation. At the same time, the up and down feed is equipped with a fine-tuning feed device, and the fine-tuning of the feed can reach 0.001mm, which is convenient to use and fully improves the operation accuracy.

7. Dressing equipment

Made of cast iron FC-30, heat treated, finely ground and spaded. Hydraulic drive, stepless speed change, smooth trimming, and emergency handle in case of emergency. When grinding, the adjusting wheel dressing seat (the seat can rotate ±5°) can be adjusted according to the nature of the work and needs, so that the workpiece and the adjusting wheel have a better contact surface, so as to ensure the straightness and appearance accuracy of the ground finished product. Relatively progressive.
