What is the daily maintenance of the slitting machine?
Many client buy slitting machine, but curious what is the daily maintenance of the slitter? Today, let's take some time to disuss the daily maintaince of metal slitting machine:
1. There are some oil marks on the reels of the uncoiler and rewinder. operator should check oil level before starting the slitting line every day.
2. When moving the slide platform, the movable guide device should add a little engine oil on platform.
3. Use 20# mechanical lubricating oil for the gear box. The oil level should be higher than the oil level. If it is lower than this level, add oil.
4. Pour all cursors with lubricating oil before work.
5. Regularly check the bearing part for abnormal noise and temperature rise, and re-apply grease if necessary.
6. The slide screw nut and bearings are lubricated with grease. When moving the slide platform, the chip shearing machine should add a little engine oil on platform
7. Inject 20# mechanical oil into the reduction box through the oil filling port, and keep the oil level at the position indicated by the oil mark.
